Brown & Co were instructed by a Middle Eastern investor to advise on the acquisition of a c. 200,000 ha business in Australia.  The work undertaken included a formal valuation of the assets plus a detailed assessment as to the production assets.  Work undertaken included climate assessment, infrastructure review, soil productive capacity assessment, sales and marketing review, yield review, costs of production review, machinery and equipment review, storage assessment and margin assessment.
