Due Diligence - UK & Portugal

Brown & Co were asked to carry out technical and commercial Due Diligence on a soft fruit company with operations in Portugal and the UK.  A private equity investor was seeking to acquire the business and Brown & Co were tasked with carrying out an independent assessment to include: overall strategy, yield assessment, water assessment, review of operations and infrastructure, pest disease and climate risk assessment, systems and information technology assessment, management team review, benchmarking performance and ESG.
