A qualified Chartered Surveyor, RICS Registered Valuer and Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, Tom undertakes a variety of professional rural practice work with a primary focus on valuation, agency, rural planning and development, renewable energy, and infrastructure work, including compulsory purchase and utility compensation schemes and telecommunication mast site negotiations.

Previous to joining Brown&Co Tom worked for a national land agency practice providing strategic estate management advice to private, institutional and Government clients across the south of England.
