Due Diligence - Netherlands

Brown & Co were asked to review an early stage business that was trialing new controlled environment technology to produce mini tubers.  A private equity group was seeking to make an investment in order to facilitate new production facilities in the Netherlands and Brown & Co’s role was to undertake an assessment as to the robustness of the business plan, review of pricing methodology, cost of production calculations, undertake a risk assessment, independently assess the trial results and review the technology and understand lessons learned and apply those to the next phase of commercial development.
